Replacement chain for 21 speed drivetrain

I feel pretty silly asking this, but everywhere I look only offers 8, 9, and 10 speed chains, mine is 7 and I cannot find any "7 speed" chains.

I seem to recall the width of the chain was different between 7 and 8, so I'm assuming I have to get a 7 speed chain but I'd prefer to not get a cheapy from a store. Amazingly my current chain is 10 years old and has thousands of miles on it and it's not stretched at all so it's probably not something I need to immediately replace but since it has so many miles on it I'm thinking it's probably something to think about in the near future.

BTW this is on a 1992 (ish?) Cannondale M400 with Shimano LX/XT mix of components. I had considered replacing the bike this year but I couldn't find another bike that I felt right on, so I've started doing additional maintenane.. Bottom bracket is something I have to tackle too, but anyway.

Appreciate feedback!

8,7,and 6 speed chains are the same width..So picking up a chain like Srams 890-830 will work fine. Or Shimano's HG-50 will work as well..
No applause please!! Just Money..Thank you..
