Personally, I hope to ride in the basement as much as possible with my daughter. She'll be 6 in December and gets a kick out of riding with me in "her spot" since she started riding down there first.
If I'm lucky, I'll work on my balance (trackstands with non-dominant foot forward) and if I'm motivated, I'll keep doing the "No Gym, No Problem" workouts. If I'm not motivated, I'll just stick with my regular PT twice a week (mandatory PT = no motivation needed!)
Anyone have else one? Real or "unofficial" like mine is fine.
