Is it worth it? opinions/advice

I am just getting into mountain biking, I have ridden a few times before and just borrowed a bike. But now that I have decided that I love the hobby I am looking for a bike. I went and test rode this bike, but wasn't sure it was worth the money. It doesn't have the stock fork but a fox vanilla instead. Let me know what you guys think. This was the ad I found on craigslist.

Depends on the wear and tear on the drivetrain and other components, and that's impossible to say from a grainy photo. But for $350 it's pretty hard to go wrong...

Hey, thanks for replying. Haha yeah the photo sucks, but I went and saw it and all the components are in decent shape. Haha I know 350 is nothing for a mtb, but I'm on this college budget thing.lol
